While made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, many of our gift items are. Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you received a damaged or defective item, please see Damages below for information on replacements.
Please note that any discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
We can only accept returns in original packaging, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of third party packaging.
To send a return request, please complete the contact form on our Get In Touch page. Be sure to include the following:
- Your order number
- Which eligible items you wish to return.
- Why you'd like to return (optional).
If approved, your return request will be processed and you will be sent a prepaid return shipping label. You will have 15 days from receipt of the label to ship your item back to us. If your return has not been shipped after 15 days, your return request will be cancelled.
Once your return is received back at our warehouse in good condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, and will post to your account in 7-10 business days.
If you receive an item that is damaged from shipping or defective, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please send a replacement request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the defect/damage
Once we receive and process your request, we will send along prepaid return labels for you to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will ship your replacement and send you tracking to follow.
