While our items are made to order, we understand that sometimes, it may not be the right fit. When that happens, we accept undamaged items for return in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once items are received back at our warehouse in good condition, we will credit the original form of payment, less a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you received a damaged or defective item, please see Damages below for information on replacements.

Any items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

We can only accept returns in original packaging, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of third party packaging. 

To send a return request, please complete the form on our Contact Us page. Select your type of inquiry from the drop-down menu. Be sure to include the following in your message:

  • Your order number.
  • Which item(s) you wish to return.
  • Why you'd like to return (optional).

If approved, your return request will be processed. You will then have 15 days from receipt of approval to ship your item back to us. Once you ship your item, please update us with the tracking information. If your return has not been shipped after 15 days, your return request will be cancelled. 

Damages

If you receive an item that is damaged from shipping or defective, we are happy to send you a replacement. We must be notified of the damage within 3 days of delivery. 

To send a replacement request, please complete the form on our Contact Us page. Select your type of inquiry from the drop-down menu. Be sure to include the following in your message:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damage/defect.

Once your request is approved, you will be sent a replacement order confirmation with a new order number to reference. When the item(s) ships, you will be sent tracking to follow.
