Last start with the phenomenal customer service. I emailed with the vaguest description of a piece I was interested in . Nico said he would see if they could find it for me. I figured it was a shot in the dark and I wouldn't hear back from them. After a day or so he was in touch, and after confirming with a photo he had, he said they could make the piece for me. 3 weeks later my piece arrived . It was packed really well and is beautiful. The best part was dealing with real people. Not a chat-bot. The response could have been ,"we don't make that item anymore, sorry." Instead, it was , "let me look into that and get back to you." That's REAL customer service :) Thank you so much.
These are very nice and packed with the greatest care. The weight is substantial and they lie nicely on a shelf, including the sphere.
