Our plaster, concrete, foam, and fiberglass pieces are handcrafted in our Atlanta studios.
Products
At this time, we do not offer completely custom pieces or finishes. Available materials and finishes are noted on each product page. You can also check out our Finishes page to see finishes side-by-side.
All of our concrete and fiberglass pieces are suitable for outdoor use.
Plaster and structural foam pieces are not suitable to be used outdoors and will deteriorate if exposed to the elements. These pieces will be marked on the bottom with "Indoor Use Only."

To be the first to know when we launch special discounts and promotions, we recommend following us on Instagram @houseparts, as well as subscribing to our email list (which can be found at the bottom of this page).
We also offer special discounts to our friends in the trade, as well as wholesale pricing to select vendors. Please reach out to our team at hello@houseparts.com to inquire about opening a trade account or wholesale opportunities.
If you are ordering 10 or more pieces of the same SKU and do not have a trade or wholesale account, we would love to offer you a bulk discount! Please email hello@houseparts.com with your request, and we will get back to you within 48 business hours.
Shipping & Delivery
Smaller items (under 50 lb.) will typically ship via UPS Ground. Our larger items (think large concrete) will ship via freight carrier and be delivered curbside at your address.
Whichever way your order is arriving, we will keep you updated with tracking details once your order is en route to you.
We offer a flat $10 shipping fee for all items eligible for Ground shipping. For larger items that must be shipped on a pallet via freight carrier, there is a flat shipping fee of $249.
- At this time, we only ship to the contiguous US.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Returns & Damages
While our items are made to order, we understand that sometimes, it may not be the right fit. When that happens, we accept unused and undamaged items for return in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please reach out to us at hello@houseparts.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer — we are happy to provide a return label and deduct it's cost from your refund total.
- We can only accept returns in original packaging, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of third party packaging.
- Any items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Once items are received back at our warehouse in good condition, we will credit the original form of payment, less a 20% restocking fee.
Oh no! If your item is damaged in transit or (gasp!) defective, we're here to make it right. Send us a note to hello@houseparts.com with the details and photos, and we'll ensure your item is replaced in a timely manner.
We must be notified of the damage within 3 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, you will be sent a replacement order confirmation with a new order number to reference. When the item(s) ships, you will be sent tracking to follow.
Care & Maintenance
The best way to keep your plaster and foam pieces clean is with periodic dusting with a dry lint-free cloth.
For outdoor concrete pieces, you can wet them with a hose and gently scrub them with a medium-bristled cleaning brush.
For outdoor resin pieces, you can wet them with a hose and gently wipe them with a microfiber cloth.
You can also let outdoor items age and develop a natural patina.
Yes! We do include holes in all planters and urns to allow for proper drainage. If you're using yours inside, you will need a waterproof saucer to protect your furniture or floors.
